The problem Med360 solves
The dominant EMR platforms in the Gulf and South Asia were built for large tertiary hospitals in North America or Europe — then licensed, translated, and deployed into outpatient clinics for which they were never designed.
The result: clinicians spend more time navigating software than seeing patients. Billing and clinical records sit in separate systems that do not talk to each other. Implementation projects run years over schedule and double over budget. And the system gets abandoned, replaced, or worked around.
Med360 starts from a different question: what does a clinician running 30 outpatient consultations a day actually need from a system? The answer shapes everything — from the interface to the database architecture to the pricing model.

The product is not EHI's internal tool, repurposed and sold. It is a purpose-built commercial platform, designed from the first line of code to serve clinics, hospitals, and outpatient facilities across the Gulf, South Asia, and MENA.
This is the EHI model applied to technology: co-develop with people who know the context, build for commercial sustainability, and own a share of what gets built.
