Ammara Khan is a global communications professional with a focus on social and sustainable development, and a concentration in the areas of health and education.
For more than 20 years, she has accelerated mission-driven work through senior positions in public, private, and non-profit sector organizations across multiple markets, industries, and within various social, political, economic, and cultural contexts. Her professional journey has afforded her the ability to effectively navigate multiple, complex, and often divergent priorities, and a perspective on how best to align and integrate them toward common goals.
Ammara’s expertise lies in influence and engagement; shaping innovative problem-solving strategies, developing and integrating research and insights with policy design, public affairs, and advocacy, building collaborative relationships with government, multilateral organizations, foundations, academic institutions, and cultivating brand cohesion, and enriched dialogue.
Ammara holds a B.A. Honours in International Relations from the University of Toronto and is pursuing her MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of London.
